There are many things I can say about the high quality of service I provide to my home seller and home buyer customers, but probably none would be as credible as testimonials from some of my recent customers themselves.

I contacted Watson Realty about 5 months ago reagrding a new home.I was a 1st time home buyer. I expressed to Christina that I was scared and had no idea what I was doing. She assured me she would hold my hand through the whole process, and she did just that. Christina made sure my family was happy, and never rushed me into something we were not sure of. I cannot express the expierence I had buying through watson w/Christina. It was a great 1st time home buying transaction. I and my daughter are very pleased to be in our new home and could not have done this w/out Christina. We’ve known Christina and her team for five years now. We utilized her services on the sale of our home in Jacksonville. She worked diligently to sell our house during the difficult times of the housing market downfall for a price that we didn’t believe we could get. She employed her skills advertising, holding open houses, and relentlessly showing our house until it sold. This letter is being written shortly after the sale of my home on 6 November, 2009. With me being in the military and this being a short sale, I had several obstacles to overcome. Being a complete expert on both subjects, Christina handled the challenges with this type of sale like the true professional she is. Working with the Banks and the potential buyers sometimes absurd requests, she brilliantly kept her composure and always led the way to possible solutions. Without her steadfast pursuit of perfection and genuine concern for customer satisfaction, I am sure we would still be trying to sell the home and possibly would have been forced to foreclose. She truly has saved my family and I many years of bad credit history and the hardships that come with that.

I have been in the military for over 19 years and this was the 7th home that I have been forced to sell due to a military re-location. Bar none, Christina has been the best realtor I have ever worked with. Most realtors would not answer my phone calls or e-mails in a timely manner and I would have to prod them to react to changes, etc. Christina, on the other hand, was proactive every step of the way and was three steps ahead of everyone including the buyers agents and the Bank personnel. I would recommend her to anyone who simply wants the best!

This is a note to testify how committed the Starners are at what they do. Selling dreams, and making miracles happen. My wife and I began shopping for our last home about 3 months prior to our apartment lease expiration. I happened to see a home for sale in the Argyle area with a pool for a great price, and it was listed by Christina Starner. I called the number and asked the young lady about the home of which had already been sold. She was helpful and very pleasant and asked if she could send me listing thru email. I said yes and gave her my address, and before you could blink, the emails beat me home that day with all the listings that met our criteria. We kept getting calls and emails from Christina, and finally set up a Saturday to go meet Thorston and Christina and actually start looking at homes. They listened to us very closely, and truly did a great job guiding us thru the exploration of available properties and answered all our questions. We finally found our home. We knew it the minute we turned the corner and saw it. Then we went inside and it had everything we could ever need in a home and then some. We started working on the closing, and believe me it took an act of congress because of some past financial mistakes we made, but thru the 49 day ordeal, the Starners were right there and helped us with way above normal customer service. We finally closed on our home and life has been great. My wife and I feel we have new friends in the Starners, not just Agents helping us. They are great people, and are an asset to Watson Agency.
